Logan, a student from Ormiston Park Academy has successfully qualified for the UK Championships for Microsoft Office Specialist. He will now compete for a chance to represent the UK at the Microsoft Office World Championships in California. The Championships take place at Microsoft’s UK headquarters in Reading next month. At the event Logan Cooper will take on competitors from Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland, in an effort to win the opportunity of representing the country.
This is the third year in a row that the Academy in Aveley, which is sponsored by Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT), has had a student take part in the UK Championships, which is a remarkable achievement.
Logan is no stranger to competition, he claimed the title of UK Champion in PowerPoint in 2016, and previously represented the UK at the 2016 World Championships in Florida.
